The Shallows, initially entitled In the Deep, is an up and coming American blood and gore movie coordinated by Jaume Collet-Serra and composed by Anthony Jaswinski. The film stars Blake Lively and Óscar Jaenada. Main photography started on October 28, 2015 in New South Wales, Australia. The film is booked to be discharged on June 24, 2016 by Columbia Pictures.

Production
At first Louis Leterrier was to coordinate, in spite of the fact that he dropped out in June 2015,[3][4] prompting Jaume Collet-Serra being considered for the job.[5] Blake Lively joined the cast in August 2015.[1] That same month the film's title was changed from In The Deep to The Shallows,[6] and it was declared that shooting would start in November in Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.

Filming
Central photography on the film started on October 28, 2015 in New South Wales, Australia.[7][6] Filming
likewise occurred at the Lord Howe Island.

Release
The Shallows will be discharged on June 24, 2016 by Columbia Pictures.
